1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph365.org website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to comply with all provisions set forth herein;
• You accept that these Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms;
• You are entering into this agreement voluntarily and of your own free will.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ph365.org, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations. ph365.org strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ph365.org complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ph365.org or by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of ph365.org or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.

ph365.org reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements, with any winnings from ineligible accounts subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph365.org. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph365.org is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph365.org will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. ph365.org may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 Account Suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph365.org accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. Available methods may change without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on ph365.org are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. ph365.org reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. Processing times vary by payment method. ph365.org is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. ph365.org does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of players.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ph365.org complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and may freeze accounts pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. ph365.org may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.4 Abuse. ph365.org reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where we reasonably suspect abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.

5.5 Modification. ph365.org reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generators. All games on ph365.org use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party auditors.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, ph365.org reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. We are not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, ph365.org's records shall be the definitive source of truth. Players may submit disputes to our customer support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph365.org and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, or use of stolen payment methods;
• Attempting to launder money or use ph365.org for any illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ph365.org staff;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account.

ph365.org reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any action deemed necessary, including permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ph365.org Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of ph365.org or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. ph365.org grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

8.3 Trademarks. "ph365.org" and all related logos and marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 No Warranties. The ph365.org Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph365.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall ph365.org's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose.

9.4 Force Majeure. ph365.org is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet outages, or government actions.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of ph365.org is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph365.org complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data.

11. Responsible Gaming

ph365.org is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. 12. Account Termination

12.1 By You. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.

12.2 By ph365.org. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including where we suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. In the event of account closure by ph365.org, we will return any remaining balance to you, less any amounts owed to us, provided you are not in breach of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph365.org shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.3 Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

14. Amendments to Terms

ph365.org reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
